The owner and face behind Zone Sports Therapy, James Costello, has been actively involved within the sports industry for many years. This has included participating in events such as triathlons, Ironman competitions, running and cycling.

James has used his passion and skills to assist others within the sports industry—working as a disability support worker, a coach at the Special Olympics in athletics, golf and snowboarding, and as a guide for Disabled Wintersport Australia.

Over the years, James has also helped many different sporting clubs including the men’s and women’s hockey teams in the New Zealand Masters, the Wesley College Athletics Team and the Team T-Rex Triathlon Club.

Through Zone Sports Therapy, James now provides a complete range of services throughout the Gold Coast region. This includes a variety of different massages—relaxation, remedial, sports massage, deep tissue and cupping. Other sports therapy services available include strapping/taping and running and athletics coaching.
